This policy ensures that both your time and Shagun's are valued and respected, facilitating a harmonious energy exchange and a smoothly orchestrated appointment. Cancellation Terms: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request more than 48 hours notice. With this advance notice, we offer the option to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time or provide a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. This policy reflects the significant preparation involved in tailoring each service to your individual needs. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
