However, to honor the meticulous preparation and dedicated energy invested by Shagun in anticipation of your appointment, we have established the following cancellation policy: Securing Your Session: All services require a deposit of the full payment at the time of booking. This policy ensures that both your time and Shagun's are valued and respected, facilitating a harmonious energy exchange and a smoothly orchestrated appointment. Cancellation Terms: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request more than 48 hours notice. With this advance notice, we offer the option to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time or provide a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. This policy reflects the significant preparation involved in tailoring each service to your individual needs. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
