For example, a Pitta mom might carefully schedule educational outings or extracurricular classes for her children. However, if overwhelmed, they may struggle with impatience and irritability. For instance, if their child struggles at school, a Pitta mother might feel stressed, knowing the importance of success while also needing to bring warmth and patience into the relationship.

Kapha
Finally, Kapha represents stability and nourishment, embodying qualities like patience, loyalty and nurturing. Mothers who resonate with Kapha often strive to create a secure and loving environment, focusing more on bonding than on rigid schedules. For example, a Kapha mother may spend her weekends cuddling with her children, baking cookies, or engaging in family storytelling sessions. While this nurturing quality can provide comfort and emotional safety, Kapha mothers may need to consciously introduce variety and movement into their lives to avoid feeling stagnant.
